Job Responsibilities:

You will be a user advocate and drive the development of products that fulfil the needs of the local market. You must be a strong communicator and influencer in order to represent the considerations of users in the local market to the regional product team. To do so, you will need a deep understanding of the importance of cultural and geographical considerations within a product, a strong desire to dig deep into problems, balanced with a healthy dose of pragmatism. You must be prepared to make decisions, often in the face of partial information.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Champion the needs of HungryGoWhere Malaysia’s users.
  • Be responsible for investigating, collating, prioritizing and asserting requirements from the local market and communicating them to the regional team
  • Assist in market research and produce regular competitive analysis/reports for strategic positioning of HungryGoWhere’s products in Malaysia across multiple screens
  • Produce regular product performance reports and generate ideas on improvement through insights and studies on HungryGoWhere products in Malaysia
  • Ensure that recommendations for specific markets are line with the key business objectives, challenging these objectives when required 
  • Ensure that the accuracy of data matches up to the expected standards
  • Collaborate with the Product team based in Singapore, as well as Project Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing to successfully drive products through to completion

  • Identify and close display advertising and other media partnerships

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritise prospects in the restaurant and F&B space
  • Close sales for HGW products, including our restaurant advertising services and on-line reservation system
  • Support business development efforts for HungryGoWhere which would include working with partners to drive eye balls to the site/app
  • Identify advertising partnership and sponsorship opportunities.  Work with appointed reseller agency as required.
  • Track product uptake and provide weekly sales & business development report
  • Work with Singapore team on best practice sharing, and reporting

inSing is looking for editorial interns for their News and Lifestyle departments. This is an ongoing programme and together with the content team you’ll work on a range of stories, pitch and research stories and photos, edit copy and source contacts.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, strong writing skills, insatiable curiosity and the ability to think strategically and work well under pressure.

Editorial experience, HTML and Photoshop skills is preferred, but above all you need to have a passion for writing.
